Dr Nikki Crawford

Counselling Psychologist

Nikki Crawford

Beginning therapy can be overwhelming and so I offer a welcoming, supportive and non-judgemental therapeutic space in which you can explore and address the issues that are troubling you. Perhaps you have been going through a difficult period in your life because of relationships, life transitions or work stresses? You may be suffering from anxiety, feeling low or are lacking self-confidence. Maybe you simply feel stuck and are struggling to move forward. I am a HCPC registered psychologist qualified to use a wide variety of therapeutic techniques and I will work with you to find the right approach for you. I will help you to identify your aims and work towards them, for example addressing problematic patterns of behaviour, reducing symptoms or increasing self-awareness, enabling you to better face life’s challenges.

I work on both a short and long-term basis and offer a free online consultation session to better understand how I can help you and whether we are a good fit.

Training & Qualifications

I have over a decade of therapeutic experience in the NHS, charity and private sector and have also held roles in the civil service providing wellbeing support for individuals and teams.

I hold a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology (PsychD) and am on the HCPC (Health Care & Professions Council) Register.
